How do I lose belly fat without exercising outdoors?

I’m 14, and I am 5’7and 138.

Despite what my family says I think I’m overweight, and need to lose weight. My goal is 120lbs, the problem is I love to eat. Do you have any advice to how to lose weight? Especially belly fat without starving oneself with no exercise outdoors?

Hi,

You should focus on eating healthy proteins, no refined sugar and no complex carbs (white bread, white or yellow rice, etc. Eat only whole grain carbs).

Also don’t have sweets or cola. Drink water or tea.

To lose your tummy, do situps and crunches. It can be done indoors.

Also keep in mind you are in a normal weight range for your height, but concentrating on the workouts above should help your self esteem as well.

along with prkswllflwr response try halving your portions and that wil reduce ur caloric intake resulting in a gradual weightloss
