How can i lose some baby fat?

ok, before you say anything about how i shouldnt care blah blah blah, just listen. i only want to loose maybe 5-10 pounds because i have some baby fat in my lower stomach. i know proper diet and exercise are key, but what are some foods that help reduce boddy fat and give you more energy? im pretty good weight for my age, average, i just want to get rid of that slowly-growing-instead-of-disappearing-baby fat before it becomes a problem

Baby fat is something you actually have to grow out of. I didn’t lose mine until I was about 21 or 22. I know that sounds horrible but its true. It would probably helped if you eat well and exercise, it’ll go away faster. I wish I had! I didn’t take care of myself as well as I should have and now regret it.

\ i have a baby girl an look at me. I feel hotter that before. what u can do is work out on your spare time. 30 minutes daily. You can also take walks with your baby or strolls around the park

Research lots of exercises online. You’d be surprised at all the different ones out there. Also DO NOT go on some kind of diet. Not healthy and a lot of them don’t even work. You should eat healthy and make sure to get each kind of food group every day. Try to eat little snacks (say, a banana or nuts or yogurt) throughout the day. That way, when it comes time for lunch, dinner, etc you won’t be as hungry so you won’t just stuff yourself. My mom does that and it works for her really well. Also, try to replace things like chips, ice cream, cookies, etc with Quaker Rice Cakes, yogurt, berries and nuts. (I love the almonds that come in a can/cup type thing. I think they’re called Blue Diamond or something). I also just read in a magazine the other day to eat berries and fruit at night instead of sugary unhealthy foods. It keeps you full and satisfied.
