How to loose my flabby tummy?

since I left school I have put on about 5st and I hadn’t really watched my weight untill recently when I finally gd some working scales. I used to be a fitness freak and as really in shape untill I got depression in collage. I can’t belive the amount of weight I’ve put on I have lost a bit but bu stomach is stating to sag and I’m only 20 if I can do something about it now then I can get my healthy body back. It’s putting a strain on my life and asthma I’m also a performing art student and need to be fit this is holding me back. If anyone know of good exercise or anything like that please help xx

Run everyday, to the point of sweat, and then do it again. Running kills fat like nothing else. Everyone is different, but this is an enjoyable excersize (when you do it long enough) that gets you fit.

First and foremost, change your diet so that you’re starting to lose weight. To do that, you have to eat below maintenance. You don’t have to reduce carbs, although it’s good to do that because carbs will reduce bloating and any water retention in your body that is excess will be gone. Eat moderate level of carbs which can be .5-1g of carbs if you like. Secondly, change up your routine for your abs. Start out with weightless abdominal exercises to loosen up the muscle and get the skin “elastic” so it can tighten when you begin your weighted abdominal exercises. Use weights that will allow you to do 10-15 reps for 3-4 sets, you don’t need to go super heavy on them, nor do 1,000 reps a day. Finally, increase cardio. Cardio helps by tightening the skin so it will be more beneficial. So what we learned was: Diet is the key to results. Take in lots of healthy fats. You NEED .3-1g of fat/lb. Reducing carbs will help reduce water retention. Do weighted ab exercises to strengthen area and tighten skin. Cardio helps tighten skin.

Running, running and WAY more running.

I have been running for 5 years now. I have ran every single day that I could. Running burns fat and carbs like nothing else. It may seem really hard and difficult at first, but you need to keep pushing. I have seen a DRAMATIC result in my running. I could tell a difference within the first month.
