How can I lose belly fat?

OKAY IM 5’8 AND I WEIGH A TON. I AM SIZE 16 AND I TRY REALLY HARD TO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT I CANT. I HAVE A BIG BOOTY AND SO EVERYTIME I FEEL LIGHTER AND TRY A NEW SIZE OF PANTS THE STUPID PANTS WONT FIT ME BECAUSE OF MY BOOTY. I NEED TO LOOSE LIKE 20 POUNDS BUT ALL FROM MY STOMACH. I HAVE A GOOD FIGURE I JUST NEED TO LOOSE STOMACH WEIGHT. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??

To loose weight is burn more calories than you eat so drink diet coke and eat just veggies for 3 days and burn like 600 calories by running for an hour then you should buy a diet book and follow a plan to keep it off

do 20 squats in the mornings… and afternoons… then also in the afternoons do 20 crunches and add… 5 more crunches every week… it works… I lost 5 lbs in I week
