Loose belly fat

hey,I weigh 44.1kg but I really dont look it.I have tried to go on lots of diets but thye dont seem to get rid of my stomach fat or my thigh and bum fat.I do my sit up all the time and exercise a lot.but my body is telling a different story. How can I get the supermodel body I desire. PLEASEEE HELP!!!

first off, the image your talking about is unrealistic the media protrays a lot of skinny people as normal and these people arnbt modles usually starve themselves stupid because there told to look anorexic they lead horrible miserable and unhealthy lives striving to keep starving themselves so the media will be happy, and so they can fit into unrealistic sizes of clothes this image you want is a disgusting unhealthy image that robs your health, life expectancy and usually your fertility as well dont strive for that, those people are not healthy, or of a normal weight at all and as for your weight it depends on your age and height, but it sounds like your underweight and may have an eating disorder I would advise you to get help get your bmi (body mass index) calculated by a doctor and not try to reach a disgusting unrealistic body image the media has portrayed

  To try to reduce your weight from 44 kg is dangerous to your health. You might just want to improve your exercise program to better tone your body while at the same time reducing fat. You won’t lose any weight but you might be more satisfied with your looks.

okay well about the supermodel body its not that easy, lol. what I can reccomend for you to lose weight is to drink tons of water so when you work out the more you will release as in sweat adn therefore the more you will burn do cardio, run, whatever it gets to get that heart rate up! eat healthy instead of a burger get a salad. when your having cravings eat fruits and vegtables..

mainly focus on cardio stuff and heavy weights heavy weights will make you burn fat and gain muscle and cardio will get your body to burn that fat and keep your heart healthy!
