How long until my wisdom tooth socket is healed?

When I had mine removed, it bled for the rest of the day, and it hurt when I was eating for another 3 days.

After that, they were pretty much healed.

You should not put any gauze in your mouth while you drink or eat, because there is always a danger that you might accidentally swallow the gauze.

Drink nuthing but water or herbal tea and make sure the things you eat are neither hard and crunchy nor too hot nor too spicy.

If it hurts or bleeds again after eating you can get an ice cube from the freezer and slowly melt that in your mouth.

be sure to visit the ER if it shows any sign of infection. My aunt died from an infected wisdom tooth after it was pulled.

Your only keep the gauze in till the bleeding stops and you can’t drink from a straw the first week or so cause u can get dry sockets which hurts alot I heard… But they should have gave u a list of stuff.. like u can’t eat solid foods for the first couple days or so.. And your suppose to ice your face well for me they had me icing it and using a heating pad.
