Why do I literally have a lump in my throat ?
While brushing my teeth this morning I noticed I had a huge lump in my throat . I’ve had a cold so it’s probably just a throat infection ? It’s really annoying cuz it feels like there’s food it something there soo yeah any suggestions ?
It could be an infection…I would go to the doctor O.o that can’t be healthy.
I was about to say its your adams apple then i saw it was u who posted the question so i realised hmm girls dont have them. Its possible you may have swalloed something and its been caught in your throat, other then that im not entiraly sure, im not sure if you can get them on your throat but maybe its a hernia.

ive had them before and i just gargle with warm salt water a few times a day

It’s probably nothing. Could be a glandular thing, abscess or ulcer which is bacterial. Very unlikely to be anything more serious but you should get it looked at because the more serious things are very serious. Also, once you know what it is, if it recurs (and these things tend to) you’ll know next time.
