Light bleeding in bright red ?
it is the fifth day of my period today and I’m getting light bleeding in bright red with no blood clots at all. is this normal? I just did some yoga and the 8mins ab workout (sit up workout on youtube) at 7. I masturbated externally the day before I got my period if this helps… I’m fifteen and I started menstruating at the age of 13.
