Lexmark printer to a Dell computer

I know how to connect the printer to the computer, but I don’t know how to make it work. I don’t have a manual or a disc. The printer goes to my old emachine computer. We bought a Dell computer without a printer. I found how to connect other Lexmark printers. But can’t find this one. Does that mean this one is not compatible with the Dell computer??? Thank you.

I tried that. After I downloaded it, I tried to print something and it just goes to fax. It won’t print. What do I need to do?

it is compatible go to the lexmark website and download the software
