IF you are underage in WV, they could send the police after you, as well as have your boyfriend convicted of felony child sex offense, and he could spend the rest of his life on a sex offender list. Taking a child across state lines is a federal offense. If he really wants to risk getting charged because he couldnt wait 6 weeks… No, there’s nothing you can do to “get away with it”.
