Legal age to leave home in australia

What is the legal age to leave home in australia?

Answer #1

well, if you want to move in with grandparents or other relatives, you can do that at any age I think. if you want to move into your own place or with flatmates, I think the age is 16 but you have to go through the court system.

Answer #2

I’m almost certain you have to be 15 with parental consent

Answer #3

I think it’s 16 to move out but you need to be living with someone and then at 18 (or 21) you can live by yourself but I’m not entirely certain so this may be inaccurate. Hope I helped :)
