I agree with kissmysoul… should you have any problems… there is a bootlegger on every corner and a moonshine still in every neck of woods in the commonwealth.

You should be able to look this up on the states site for alcohol tobacco and fire arms. That being said, you should also bring your passport/visa (or a copy of them). The driver’s license could be easily faked depending on the country. Passports have much stricter guidelines. In the US a passport is the highest form of government issued ID.
