Lasting Longer

I haven’t gone farther than making out with a girl, but I’m concerned that when I do I won’t be able to last long at all. I don’t last long when I masturbate. How can I change this so I can keep going longer?

The best way to avoid becoming a “minute man” is to explain to your partner what you fear, and have her get you off by hand or mouth first, but you’re a little off base to begin with.

The only person you’re ever likely to satisfy with your penis is you, and girls and women are most receptive to sexual intercourse AFTER they have been fully satisfied. If she’s already fully satisfied when you start, it isn’t going to matter to her when you come, and there is no way to do it wrong except to fret about it.
