Depends.. how well you take pain. It usually looks good on anybody. I think the ring looks better on people with bigger lips.. It has nothing to do with your race. :)

Piercings are for ANYONE. Gender/race has nothing to do with it. The pain involved will depend on your personal pain tolerance. Keep in mind that it won’t be unbearable and that most of the time people tend to be over dramatic and make it out to be worse than it really is. A labret piercing is just like all the others - it’s a form of body art/self expression, it won’t make you any more or less attractive than you already are, it has nothing to do with your sexual orientation or the kind of person you are, and you CAN still get a job if you have one. If you want it done, go have it done. There’s nothing wrong with them as long as you have them done professionally and take care of them properly.

I’m black too, and I want snake bites. Piercings are for anybody and race. Get it!
