Somebody explain kyle xy?

I just started watching the season of Kyle XY and it’s really good so far…except im REALLY confused..lol..can somebody explain to me what the story is..from the beginning up to this point? and where did that one girl like him come in? or just explain it while your explaining it haa confusing sentence lol
