Answer #2

There are a number of reasons such as muscle weakness, torn knee caps etc. Is this a recent thing? You may not feel that you are nervous but it can happen when you are generally stressed or woried. There are disorders known as physiological tremor and essential tremor. It has been suggested that it’s the first symptoms of multiple slerosis disorder, DON’T alarm yourself, it’s unlikely to be anything that serious. I suggest that in order to ease you worries you take youself to a doctor and have them check you out.
