I believe that love is something that can’t really be explained, and when you feel it, you’ll just know :)

There are different kinds of love and there are different aspects to love. I don’t agree with everything Heinlein said but I think he hit the nail on the head when he described love as “that condition where someone else’s happiness is essential for your own.”

Every, or most relationships, begin with the initial “lovey dovey” stuff. I believe love comes after that phase of a relationship, when you are both past that “lovey dovey” phase and still continue to fight and solve whatever problem comes your way and I believe that it is through this part that you truly begin to get to know one another. Love though, is different for everyone, and I agree with what filetofspam said when “someone else’s happiness is essential for your own”. I just don’t believe that can happen at the beginning of a relationship where everything is the perfect and you haven’t really gotten to know each other fully yet. I believe that part is just a illusion of love.
