i dont recomend any, your body will keep changing and i think its just a lil to young to be wprrying bout your weight although saying that i was always conciouse of my weight at your age….

I think at the age of 14 it is too young to take diet pills. If you are obese then it would be wiser to take care of what you eat and your exercise regime. You’re only young and your body is still growing. A lot of the diet pills out there are a load of rubbish and often have bad side effects.

I agree with Stella and Stefie, I think you are a bit young for diet pills. They are not good for you at all. I would suggest you try to cut down on junk food and processed food and just try to be a bit more active, thats usually enough to keep you at a healthy weight.

None. Some diet pills cause intestine cancer on long-term use, because they flood your intestines with undigested fat. Others will only dehydrate you. There is no working take-this-pill-to-lose-weight-the-easy-way pill. Or else it would be more famous.

Of you are really overweight, try to workout, get a healthy diet and ask a doctor for advice. If you are just a little overweight, wait for your next period of growth.

dont take diet pills they screw our body up and you will have more problems then. don’t be lazy and work off the weight if you want to lose weight. dont be lazy and think a pill will do it. that is not how weight loss works. also! the easy part is losing the weight, the hard part is keeping the weight off.

You mentioned elsewhere that you might have diabetes; have you found out yet? If you do, that’s another excellent reason to stay away from diet pills! You’ll need to learn to manage your diet and your blood sugar carefully.

You are right to begin thinking about weight loss and diet at such a young age. Unfortunately, many women begin to fret these things later in life, say, in their mid thirties. In many cases, it is a lost cause for them. I like your proactive approach and would recommend in addition to a healthy diet, plenty of exercise and a good dose of self stimulation, consider crazy fad diets rather than pills. I personally like the cabbage soup and grapefruit diets with plenty of water. I lost 15 pounds in 7 days with each and improved upon my already impressive physique. If these don’t work, try enemas but only after consulting your physician.
