Just wondering

I am jogging 22 miles a day,I am losing over half a pound a day,in three weeks I alculated around 10 pounds.I am 5 ‘1 and 125 pounds..my goal weight is 115!!! Any advise on what to eat?

Eat more vegies and stuff like that. And to me, you sound like you shouldn’t lose any weight because 120 is the healthy amount you should be at. And if your jogging 22 miles a day, then you should be losing more then half a pound.

well…she is pretty short. check with a doctor or even talk to a personal trainer that you trust and is certified. they can help determine a healthy weight for you.
