Answer #1

Jesus is never returning. It’s highly doubtful he was ever even here in the first place.

c’mon now. Do you have any concept of how long 2000 years is!? People have believed Jesus was coming “any day now” for nearly that long. 100 generations have died in that time period. This one will be no different.

The humble son of man, Holy Son of God will be seen by everyone, all at once. And at a time we do not know.

Have your bags packed? Put on His Holy Spirit and you will.

Answer #3

There have indeed been many antichrists thruout history, as the bible attests:

1 John 2:18 [ Warning Against Antichrists ] Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.

Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist he denies the Father and the Son. 1 John 2:21-23 (in Context) 1 John 2 (Whole Chapter) 1 John 4:3 but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. 1 John 4:2-4 (in Context) 1 John 4 (Whole Chapter) 2 John 1:7 Many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. 2 John 1:6-8 (in Context) 2 John 1 (Whole Chapter)

(However, there will be one final and all powerful Antichrist , that is yet to come on the scene)

2 Thessalonians 1- Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our being gathered unto him, we ask you brothers, to not become easily unsettled or alarmed by some prophecy, report or letter supposed to have come from us, saying that the Day of the Lord, has already come. Don’t let anyone decieve you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in Gods temple, proclaiming himself, to be God. Don’t you remember that when I was with you, I used to tell you these things? And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but, the one who now holds it back, will continue to do so, until he is taken out of the way. ( This power that holds back the power of the AntiChrist is commonly known as the Holy Spirit ) And then, the lawless one (commonly known as THE AntiChrist ) will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one, will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason, God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth, but have delighted in wickedness.

thanks ! amblessed helped a lot !

Answer #5

Revelations was not a description of future events, and certainly not events happening now. It was a description of events happening in the 1st century AD, to include the destruction of the Jewish temple in 70 AD, and the reign of the Emperor Nero.

The author of Revelations believed Jesus would return within his lifetime, as did almost all early Christians.

Answer #6

well I herd that there is a chapter that says devils arrival, and people who study the bible say that is obama, even demicrats…weird. sry I didnt answer you question.

Answer #7

the atichrist will rise in europe!

that will happen after the rapture!

Answer #8

Thanks king of pop. Silverwings you need to do your research first instead of rambling what you’ve been brainwashed to think. The funny thing is anyone can look it up and see that your wrong about the scrolls and that all translations agree

Answer #9

The very last chapter of the new testament (revelation) talks about how jesus will come down to earth, and without his feet touching the ground, and take those who were saved to heaven. Then, the antichrist (nobody will know who it is) will take over… it also talks about the mark of the beast where people will be marked by the devil, such as a barcode or something. It’s called the Armageddon … tribulation.. sorry I haven’t read it for a while. The Left Behind series explains it pretty well. My personal opinion, I think it’s going to happen pretty soon. It also explains it in the Matthew chapter. Amblessed can explain it better. =D

Answer #10

I agree with kingofpop. The revelation isn’t about future events. The apostle thought that christ would return in their life time. Several people ha?e been called the anti christ as far back as Nero. I wouldn’t worry about it. We are not living in the times “prophesied”. Besides the bible has ben changed added to, taken from, and mistranslated so much how do you know what’s real.

Answer #11

no one knows when God is coming. revalations is just a prophcy of what is going to take place when God comes back.

Answer #12

In the sequence of events the next time Christ returns will be in the clouds where those on earth who are saved are ‘caught up’ to meet Him in the air - dead in Christ will rise first, followed by those living - taking place in the twinkling of an eye - this is called ‘The Rapture’ - only God the Father knows the time this will occur:

“But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Mat. 24:36).

“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Mat. 24:42).

“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Mat. 24:44).

“Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh” (Mat. 25:13).

The next time is the ‘Second Coming’ -

The battle of Armageddon is a great, future war that will be fought at Mount Megiddo. This will be the most terrifying and destructive of all wars mankind will experience. The main difference between this and other wars is that the outcome is sure: we know who the winner is! This battle will be fought by men and by spiritual forces. >> Jesus Christ will return in the midst of this war << to prove His power and might. He wins! He will judge the nations of the world and establish His kingdom.

See Revelation, chapter 16, where the preparation for the battle is described in verses 12-16. Read also, chapters 17-20. This “battle” is the final world war and it is more than just a physical war. All of the forces of good and evil will be fighting for power. Jesus wins, and then establishes His reign on earth for one thousand years.

Hope this helps !!

The Anti Christ will come from the east and will most likely be of Jewish decent. The Anti Christ will deny Jesus by his words. The Anti Christ will fool many into peace. The Anti Christ will come within the lifetime of those who saw Israel become a nation (Theory of interpretation) The Anti Christ will come after Israel is respected by much of the nations after they defeat Russia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and possibly France. The Anti Christ will come after Israel becomes an extremly wealthy nation (Possibly from oil that has not yet been discovered) The Beast that is described in Revalation also describes the UN perfectly. The Anti Christ will most definatly not rise in Europe however many of the false prophets will come from there. The Anti Christ will have a 7 year plan of peace (however it will only last 3 to 4 years) The Anti Christ will be accepted by all nations with the exception of (Israel and possibly US) The Anti Christ will break a treaty and invade Israel from the north. The Anti Christ will use the number 666 as the mark of the beast (remember the number may have a different meaning or sign due to translation)
The Anti Christ will kill two prophets one is almost universally accepted Elijah, and the second has various conclusions. The second I believe will be Enoch, however many believe it will be Moses. The reason for Enoch and Elijah is that those are the only two that have yet to physically die and all men must die.

The statement that all versions and translations of the Bible are in agreement is absolutely false. No translation of the original Greek is fully accurate, and there are numerous errors in translating the original Greek of the NT in the many English translations of the Bible alone, not to mention other languages.

The Bible was not assembled by the Holy Spirit, but by a council made up of human men. That different denominations of Christianity use different Bibles goes to show how political the process was, and still is.

As for the statement: “all of the different scrolls etc, that have been found, thruout history, are identical to what we already have written and preserved, backing up their authencity .”

Even many Biblical scholars agree that the Textus Receptus was not an accurate source for translating the New Testament, and that they, along with many other manuscripts, have been corrupted, containing omissions, additions, and other changes.

The reality is, those who have actually done textual analysis of the sources of the modern Bible agree that they have changed over the course of history. I’m sorry if you think this is some kind of spiritual “attack” on your religion, but your statements about the Bible are incorrect, and anyone interested in the truth should know that.

Answer #15

there are clues of the time that christ will come in the new testament. however, they are only signs as sin becoming great in number, descriptions of the antichrist, which is descried to be christ-like, will be of muslim descent, he will unite the seperate nations, ect. but there is no description of when or how fast these events leading to the 7 year tribulation and the anitchrist’s thousand year reign will accur.

as for obamah being the antichrist, it is just speculation, he is young. is loved by the nation, is of musmlim descent ( his father is a muslim not obamah), and some believe him to be very chist-like. in theory he cannot be the antichrist because of the speculation that he already is. it is said in the bible that the antichrist will have all fooled that he and himself is the mesiah, and will reveal himself after he is in control of the world.

Jester x… the millions of Christians on planet earth, are all willing to believe the bible is accurate, the atheists & agnostics are the ones trying to discredit it.

All the versions agree, if you put them side by side, in fact I have a bible with 4 different versions in it…

If you have trouble understanding a verse, you can read across the pages, of the other versions, and it will be opened to you.

Multitudes of people have given their lives to protect the scriptures, ever since they were first given unto them, thru the power of the Holy Spirit. Anyone that is interested can read about the martyrs over the years.

all of the different scrolls etc, that have been found, thruout history, are identical to what we already have written and preserved, backing up their authencity .

1.2 Samuel 15:31 Now David had been told, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” So David prayed, “O LORD, turn Ahithophel’s counsel into foolishness.” 2 Samuel 15:30-32 (in Context) 2 Samuel 15 (Whole Chapter) 2.1 Corinthians 1:18 [ Christ the Wisdom and Power of God ] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:17-19 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 1 (Whole Chapter) 3.1 Corinthians 1:21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. 1 Corinthians 1:20-22 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 1 (Whole Chapter) 5.1 Corinthians 1:23 but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 1 Corinthians 1:22-24 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 1 (Whole Chapter) 6.1 Corinthians 1:25 For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength. 1 Corinthians 1:24-26 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 1 (Whole Chapter) 7.1 Corinthians 2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:13-15 (in Context) 1 Corinthians 2 (Whole Chapter) 8.1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness”

The Anti-Christ will only rule for 7 years, the first 3.5 will be exceptionally good years, the last 1/2 will be the worst ever seen on planet earth.

The 1000 year, Millenial Reign, is when Jesus will rule and reign, with his saints, the devil will be bound during this time, and it will be awesome.
