Everyone is different. Some adults are an A or B cup for their entire life, and there is nothing wrong with that. In fact, everyone’s preferences are different. Some people actually prefer small breasts. Some people prefer large. Some people do not care much one way or the other, preferring good personality or whatnot over body shape.
