I've never had my period

first it is NOT an embarrassment!!! When you get your period…

1. you wash you undies with cold water (the ones that have blood on it)
2. you get pads… (loads of pads ones to sleep and ones for you to take to school and hand bad/backpack) how do you put them on your undies?? (it’s shown on the side of the pack _it’s there with pic’s too) so you put them on
3. keep 2 to 6 pads with you, where ever you go… just incase
4. if your stomach hurts, lay down and relax.. if you’re feeling bad and have no one to talk to… write your feelings down on a paper or cry or break something you don’t want
5. mark the day you got your period on… so that when a month passes, you start putting pads in you back pack (you start expecting your period at any time)
6. that’s what I do.. when my period is finished I take a llooong looong shower just to make sure I’m super clean, oh yea, your period could last for 1-15 days!! I get my period for 14 days!! and every girl’s period is different.. some get heavy periods (loads of blood comes out. some get light ones _oppesite way round) I get heavy ones…
7. you wear two pads when you go to sleep!! because when you lay down on your back the blood will also go to the back ;) so wear two, b/c I don’t think you want your bed to get all dirty and icky!!
8. I ALWAYS wear two pads… because sometimes I feel like laying down, so that way I don’t need to go change again and THEN lay down, lol
9. change your pad every 1-3 or 4 hours, depends on how heavy it is :)
