Isn't new music crap?

I agree, everytime we turn on the music channels, its all RnB, I had an argument with my sis over this yesterday, she disagreed with me, but its true, they dont play their own instruments, their lyrics mean not much!

You are so right, me and my sister was talking about this, saying how rubbish the music is nowadays, and that we miss the old good music =) Some songs are good atm, but not as good as the old ones =( I want those old songs back =D

I alwaysoved pat benatar and ozzy osbourne al the hip hopper stuff today is terrible and headbangers are a discrage to the genre of rock.

you know I actually agree with captainmunch. not all good music nowadays are crap. only mainstream ones. I found a couple of cool bands through my friend, who also has a band. and some others on myspace. but seriously, all those jonas bros, miley cyrus, akon, and whatever is crap.

Mainstream music is indeed crap, but new music doesn’t necessarily mean crap music. There are tons of excellent bands that do not get much airtime, but that’s because mainstream music… is meant for the main stream of people and unfortunately that means today’s music generally has tons of 13-16 year olds as it’s target audience. Try Death From Above 1979, dEUS, MGMT, Wolfmother and Pendulum’s latest album if you can stand some Drum & Bass.
