Why isn't my mail showing up when I try to check it in Yahoo Mail?

I go to my Yahoo, and click on a new message, a tab pops up where the message is supposed to be, but it’s blank…and never comes what. What’s wrong, how can I fix it?

i had that happen to me a few days ago. when i clicked on a message it came up blank so i logged out and waited a while then i went back and logged in again and it worked fine. i don’t know what the problem was, but this worked for me

I’ve tried logging out, and logging back in, but it didn’t work. It’s done this twice in the last two days. It’s really annoying.

have you tried shutting your computer off and restarting it? if that doesn’t do it then it might be a security problem

Yes, I tried that. I don’t know what to do! :( Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I just keep having to wait to check my mail.

This sounds like an issue with Yahoo - you’re going to have to contact them.
