Why isn't MSN showing I verified my e-mail?

I recently got MSN, and I verified my account, but it won’t let me change my name or any profile info. It says that I haven’t verified my e-mail for my name…any help? I’ve already logged out, then back in and switched e-mails.

can you see anything along the lines of: ‘didnt receive your verification email? - click here to have it resent.’ ??? if you can, use it…

ok so you have MSN, im guessing you mean MSN messenger and youve downloaded and installed it… when you add your hotmail/MSN email and password into the messenger to log in you can log in but you cant change any info on your MSN space or info in your inbox? :S
