Is this little enough to lose weight?

Breakfast- Once Cup Special K Red Berries Cereal with 1/2 cup Skim Milk- 150 calories. Lunch- Oatmeal Brown Sugar with Hot Water- 160 Calories Dinner-1 banana-? Snack- Raw Vegetables

Can I lose Weight with this? I feel so bad because I had a Diet Pepsi and now I probably won’t lose anything..

Well ok I’m going to tell you the truth! That’s not enough to eat in one day! you can have up to at least 2,000 calories per day!! k that’s a lot!! So you eat eat up to that much PLUS exercise!! So yeh all you have to do is eat and exercise!!

you’ll gain weight doing that actually thats not enough food for your body to even function properly it kind of sounds like your anorexic, listen, eat a HUGE brkfst in the morning because it seriously does make you lose weight, I used to never eat it, then I did and I lost like three pounds just doing that alone eat at least 2,000 calories a day from fruits, vegetables, protein and grain and exercise 3-4 times a week for a half hour if you really care about your weight, its the only efficient way besides lipo to burn fat.

calm down if you worry so much about it your going to hurt your body

Diet Coke is worse then regular they take out the sugar and put in a bunch of chemicals to replace it…

Its best to eat every two hours nothing major just like the things you have bin eating add more friet and different kinds of veggies

this will prevent you from eating bad stuff

take walks around the block and maybe exercise for a lil bit three days a week
