is this Hayfever?

How do you get rid of hayfever? I think thats what I have bc I sneeze so many times when I get up and it makes my throat hurt and I can taste blood. I sneeze a bunch of times a day like that.

You can’t get rid of an allergy, you can only manage the symptoms. There are all sorts of OTC (Over The Counter) medications for allergies, and your doctor can also give you more powerful medicines. Look for the least powerful one that can give you relief.
