Is this an appropriate speech for a Vigil?

Mr.Patterson impacted so many peoples lives even those who weren’t in his classes. He had an infectious smile that will never be forgoten. I remember I was having a terrible day and crying and he took time out of his day to come up find out what was wrong let me vent and even ask premission to hug me. He Genuinely loved and cared about us all and we know he went out of his way to make each of us happy. I know he’d want us to find something positive within this devestation. I myself find beauty because the fact one single man touched the lives of this many people and more is incredible.

Then I shall pull out my lightsaber and say May the force be with you Mr.P

Does this seem like a good speach to give at a candle light vigil?

Unless the light saber part is a known joke around the school about Mr. Patterson, I’d leave that part out- from a stranger’s perspective, it’s a bit odd.

But otherwise, yes, that’s a nice personal, well thought out tribute.
