Does this sound weird to you? Umm well I'm always changing... In the morning im a happy person and at night my sad emotions start to show... One moment im really sad and then I find out something good and im really happy again and then about an hour or so later im sad again I dont know its weird. Is this normal?
well I cant say it is abnormal for you because you seem all over the place with life in general. Have you ever been tested for bi-polar disorder? I can tell you that if you suffer from depression then light promotes happiness and when its dark it can make you very sad. Get some tests done because it sounds like you want to be happy and dont know how, in the meantime, get as much natural daylight as you can and at night turn on the lights. If you want to you can call beyondblue, they will help you in so many ways

Since you're in the states you might want to try 1 800 448 3000 (Boys Town) or www.befrienders.org. They're just general organizations, they'll talk to you about it, see what's going on...
