is there anything I can do to get out of my parents house?

I am 16 and pregnant and my boyfriend wants me to move in with him and his family so he can support me and the baby when she is born. he is 20 and will be 21 this saturday. I hate living with my parents and even though they know im pregnant I feel like I have to hide everything from them but they want me to stay at home where they treat me like crap… is there any way I can legally move out without them being able to do anything about it?

Perhaps he can adopt you, because you ARE a child. Jail jail jail…

Answer #2

Whoa whoa whoa.. You are 16 and your boyfriend is 20. This is called stagitory rape meaning Someone over 18, Having sex with someone younger then 18. Your boyfriend will be going to jail for having sex with you. All I have to say And when he turns 21 it will be even worse for him. And moving in with him will only cause an investigation into it. And getting the baby born will also get the investigation in on it since the dad has to sign the birth certificate. Face it your boy friend is jail meat now.

Answer #3

you both are too young! if your guy is very industrious having ample income for you, why not.. but if he’s gonna support you, with him asking his parents for some money for the two of you, well, think of something like shame? you’ve made the decision of being pregnant out of that age, knowing you guys are still in school. and if you haven’t thought of the need of you guys after doing that, then might as well stay in your respective houses and be supported by your own parents. you think your parents and his parents never thought of what you did as crap? yes they did! but they refuse to let you feel that because they love you guys, and they care much about you, and what can be done to properly support each of you. don’t be driven much by pride. it won’t lead you anywhere, I promise!!!

Answer #4

Perhaps you can try for emancipation.

Based on the fact that you want to raise your child in a stable home with the baby’s father there, I can’t see how your request would be denied.
