Yes it is against the law... as for "it's my body" uh yeah, first go argue about drug laws (it's my body, why cant I do drugs), the seatbelt law (ok this one I think is ridiculous, who does this hurt if I dont have my seatbelt on), the underage sex law, the underage pretty much everything law, really nude pics is hardly out there in the "my rights" category...
as for why it's against the law, because stupid kids dont realize the impact of what it can do, and also pedophiles out there... and etc etc... it goes on...
"the seatbelt law (ok this one I think is ridiculous, who does this hurt if I dont have my seatbelt on), "
The public is indirectly charged by your injuries. Americans pay for a big chunk of the hospital bills of those that were injured in car crashes. If you wear your seatbelt, your injuries are more likely to be less severe. Therefore, it is in the public's best interest to make wearing your seatbelt a law. Not to mention, it helps save lives, which is the reason for thousands of laws.
it a really stupid idea.. I been w my boyfriend for a year it took me six months to send him naked pics because he begged and I did it because I love him. I feel like because of those pics im kinda trapped..im a full time college student w a 4year scholarship my boyfriend is on probation, steals, do drugs everything but he says if I leave him he wud send those pics 2everyone I know and also his friends so dont do it plzzz and think before you do anything that you mite regret later...
No its not illegal, but its incredibly stupid... Whatever you do as a young person will haunt you as you get older! And don't forget, you send it to one person and they send it to one person, who will send it to 10 people... See where I am going with this?
yes it is still considered child porn. don't you watch the news? it is very much aginst the law, both the sender, and reciever could have charges brought up against them. 4 of my uncles are police officers, so I know it is concidered kiddy porn.
It's called "sexting" haven't you seen the commercials? aha Yes it is. It'd be worse, though if just one of you was under 18 and the other wasn't O.o It's not really that bid a deal, but it is against the law!
Under 18? Yes, it's illegal ... it falls under the law of child pornography.
BOTH would get in trouble.
It's not a good idea.
Do yourself a favor, and don't.
