Is peanut butter healthy??

I eat peanut butter constantly… by the spoonfuls daily. I ONLY eat the 100% natural peanut butter… no added sugar/salt/oils etc… And I don’t even eat it with toast, on a spoon is the best.

I eat at least 3Tbsp a day of the stuff… Is it bad for me??

Answer #1

Actually, 2 Tbsp (now, these aren’t rounded, they’re flat-top) is the serving size for peanut butter. Check the label!

Nowadays, people are recommending using peanut butter as part of a healthy lifestyle. As long as you’re keeping it to the couple of tablespoons per day, maybe even a little more, you should be fine.

My recommendation, try to eat it earlier in the day, like with breakfast. It’ll keep you full and prevent you from eating unhealthy things later on.

Answer #2

It’s healthy, but too much of it is not good. It’s high in fat.

Answer #3

I dont think it will hurt you butyou should probably find something healthier to snack on like fruit or something.
