I also think not. Your nose is mostly cartlidge and is not prone to shrinkage.

well I dont know if its a hundred percent real but I heard from my friends mom that you can shape a babies nose by rubbing it every nigt to the shape you want it…my friend has a pretty cute nose so I guess it worked for her
