no, I do it all the time. Damp hair, my hair is fine and useless unless I sleep with it damp.
Your hair is a lot more fragile when it is wet. The only other downside I can think of is you are putting your wet head on a pillow… so if your pillow case has collected any dirt or dust, your hair is immediately picking it up. I don’t think it is terrible, but it is discouraged.

Nope. Not for me anyway, the only thing is, is that it is really crazy looking in the morning
You also get bedhead when you wake up the next day.
