Have you spent a great deal of time outside? Or is your house cooled by air conditioner or do you have to open all the windows?

Lots of things can cause crampy, but in this weather it can happen a lot more. If you have been sweating excessively and haven’t been replacing the electrolytes lost through sweating, by drinking Gatorade or something similar that helps to replace the electrolytes lost. Water at this point, is too late to be beneficial on its own, but definitely continue to drink water along with the Gatorade. Cramping could be from an electrolyte imbalance (most notably potassium) and you should see your Dr if you feel things “aren’t quit right) These imbalances can also cause (other than cramping) dizziness, fainting, nausea and vomiting. If levels of these are too low, an I’ve may be needed to rehydrate the body.

Hope this helped! (• :

What twilightmom said,

I’ve had this quite a few times from heat exhaustion, it’s important to wear sunscreen and a hat (especially a hat) when you go out in the sun and drink a LOT of water right through out the day AND especially at night.

I also find that caffeine worsens the symptoms, so stay away from anything that can possible dehydrate you.

Also get some electrolytes like lucozade or something similar to help keep you hydrated during the day.
