I was lactose intolerant not really anymore though. I can eat cheese and ice cream but not milk. I dont really like cheese or ice cream anyway. but yeah I couldnt eat any of that for the longest time

lactose intolerancy is not being allergic to it

it means yur body rejects it an is intolerant to it

so no, you ant be allergic to milk the closest to it is lactose intolerant but they are very closely intertwined

u need to drink soya milk, those who suffer in lactose intolerance drinks soya milk.
