I am sorry that the man from church didnt work out from you. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders, I really hope that it works out for you. G-d Bless.

There’s nothing in the Bible that says you can’t meet people on the internet - if that helps.

Answer #3

I THINK THAT IF YOU WANT TO DATE LIKE THAT THEN THATS FINE.BUT ANOTHER THING IS THAT I THINK YOU SHOULD WAIT FOR HE PERSO GOD HAS PLANNED FOR YOU TO BEWITH.ONLY B/C YOU COULD MAKE A MISTAKE AND BE WITH THE WRONG ONE AND NOT THE PERSON THAT GOD HAS IN HIS VISION FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK! :D

I’m on a couple of internet sites for Christians and, you really have to be careful who you meet or what people say. I don’t see anything wrong with wanting to meet someone on the internet as long as you’re careful. I’m told all the time, to wait for the Lord to put someone in place. I do have to admit, I’m very impatient of him. I know its wrong but, we all want a companion and we get lonely. If you find the right person with the same values and beliefs, you should be all set. Some internet relationships turn out alright,. And, some don’t so you really have to be careful. If you see a man you really like, be sure to ask him tons of questions and make sure he’s being honest with you. I know I’ve met someone recently who wasn’t on any Christian site, and boy, he was something else. Take precautions and someday, if its the Lord’s will, he’ll help find you a soulmate.

You need to expand your search to include christian ewoks, bugbears and gremlins. What thats you say? These are not humans? In gods eyes we are all his children.

I would pray that His will be done above all - that way, His time, His way - I’d be careful and look close around - sometimes we can’t see the forrest for the trees and it would be easier/probably safer to ‘get to know’ - the nets great but as you well know, you must be very cautous - just remember, do not be unequally yoked…I wish you every happiness and you know the Savior wants you to have an abundant life, Amen !!

I would urge extreme caution…

It is very easy to hide behind… an internet connection… and pretend to be someone you are not. There is much danger in our world today, and you can never be too cautious.

I would def. continue to pray, and seek Gods will, as well as his guidance, and since that is sometimes hard to find, it would be wise, to pray, God, please protect me from myself… and help me to not make a wrong decision, one that I am likely to live to regret. Please give me discernment.. and much wisdom in this area. I want your will above everything, and I pray for your direction, provision and protection.

Marriages are ending in divorce, at the rate of 1 in 2… in the church and out… that tells us that something is not working… we need to find out what that something is.

God be with you.
