Why haven't I slept lately?

In the past four days I’ve had about ten hours sleep, is sumthin wrong with me

Wow, are you on drugs? Find something constructive to do that takes a lot of energy. If you’re really tired, you WILL fall asleep.

I sleep about two hours every night from 4 A.M. to 6 A.M. I can’t sleep anymore after what happened on July 21, 2005. I will never forget that day. Now it is hard for me to ever go to sleep. I get like two hours. Well, that’s life. Nothing I can do about it anymore. Unless I could go back in time.

are you stressed out? Have you had a lot of caffeine, exercised or eaten food before bed. Sometimes these things can keep you up. Try taking a Warm relaxing bath, getting in bed, not putting on tv or radio, laying there with your eyes closed and not thinking about anything in particular. I once heard a good trick was to picture monkey’s swinging from tree to tree and in your head to try and mentally slow them down. It may sound lame..but its worth a shot right? And it beats trying any meds.. Try not to have any caffeine ,exercise snacks or showers after 8 pm they all stimulate the body and it makes it rather difficult to relax..I hope you get some sleep!

I read until my eyes close everynight. lol. lavender oil is suposed to be good like on a hot pack or something.
