Have I actually slept or its me wanting to think I did?

So anyway.. I had insomnia for months now… couldnt sleep sometimes.. woke up exhausted and stuff… than it wos becoming better.. didnt felt so tired… but lately.. I hallucinate… got a cold while its hot ( obvious sign of weakened immune system ) .. and I feel so tired.. that sometimes I cant talk… and when I “sleep” I remember no dreams.. but when I had no insomnia I remember having tons of dreams.. those dreams for the assurance for me that I slept.. but because I dont dream.. I cant tell sleeping from being councious… help?

Answer #1

You really need to see a doctor.

Answer #2

I agree with ichi. See a doctor. Just because your not having dreams doesn’t mean your not sleeping. You probably ARE sleeping, your just not having a very restful sleep. If it’s sheer exhaustion that’s making you fall asleep, then that explains the dreamless sleep. Hope you feel better soon =)
