How to control my insecure feelings?
hi I have the same problems with him getting jealous and insecure. This begins when my partner is like girls on the internet. It got worsens when we went to my country, where asian girls like european or american men. I left him alone in my country, and knowing that he is always go out at night. Everynight I cried and praying because I dont feel good about it. I am thinking to kill myself because of my pain. I dont know how to control my feelings right now. I am very insecure. please tell me. I need someone to talk to
oh dear to need to talk t someone close t you or even him and tell him how bad you feel and how insecure you feel but honestly no man should make you feel so upset enough t kill yourself try explaing t him that you dont appreciate him lusting after other girls or even going out every night alone and if he disagrees then you should dump him he not worth it and find someone who will appreciate you 4 you hope everything goes well take care
You do not know anything for sure, but you are crying. I think you just torture yourself with these thoughts.
just know one thing. you are NOT alone. its completely natrual to feel insecure and jealous. what you need to do really is talk to him about how you feel. otherwise he will never know. also, put yourself in his shoes. what were you to do if he felt like that towards you? you have to think from both perspectives. about killing yourself. everybody’s life is precious. if you want to go to heaven let the good lord choose when it is your time to go. if you take your own life you will stay in hell regretting your decision for the rest of your life. dont JUST live for today live for the future too. you can also try anti-depressants. jus please DO NOT take your life for somebody that dosent deserve it, or at all.
