What is with the ingredients in body wash?

I was comparing the ingredients from my Old Spice body wash to my Irish Spring Body wash, and I noticed that they are both almost identical! Then only difference was the flavor (?) Like Red18, and Green 12 or something like that…

So my question is; do all bodywas companys use the same flavor ingredient thing like the colour with the number? They just change the combination? Idk if that makes any sense lol.

The Red and Green are dyes. And yes, most commercial body washes are basically the same with a few tweaks here and there or a special “miracle” ingredient to make it seem unique.
