Can you use shampoo as body wash if you have no more left? or is it bad for your skin
They are pretty well the same. No difference at all. . "they contain mostly water and detergent to clean whatever part of the body they’re applied on. Many body washes, for instance, use SLS which is short for sodium laureth sulphate – a cleaning ingredient found in many shampoos as well. “Sulfates are all primary detergents that make shampoos, body washes and other cleansers clean and foam. Without these ingredients cleansing products wouldn’t work nearly as well as they do,” source: http://funadvice.com/r/15cce8rcstm
Just this once ? Sure. But not a good habit. It's different then body soap , so it's best to just use normal soap. But just only do it this once ... And maybe moisturize your skin after with some lotion.
Shampoo is not meant to cleanse your body it will make your skin dry.
