Does anyone have information on the Virginia driver's license?

Finaly someone knows about the driving log! Lol and a jr. lisence was something explained on a site when I was looking up facts about lisences but I don’t know. And thank you for the help! I start behind the wheel tomorrow and need to start getting everything in place for when I go to DMV and everything :)
