Pain on left side

Hi well yesterday I had a cramp in my hand and its was really painfull but it was only on one side of my hand. Now it has spread to my leg buh when it reaches my foot its only on one side too. soo the whole kiknda cramp is only on my left side!

im in pain and confused. Help me??

This sounds possibly like a pinched nerve in your spine. A good Orthopedist should be able to fix you right up, or at least give you an intelligent diagnosis. Sometimes chiropractors can help, but NEVER, NEVER allow a chiropractor to manipulate your neck! NEVER! Hand pain can be from a neck vertebrae, which means you need to go see an Orthopedic Physician. If he won’t take appointments directly, you’ll need to go to a Family Practice doctor to get a referral.
