Pain in my left side

I keep having pain in my left side of my stomach. its not appendicitis because thats on my right side, and it isnt pain in my ovaries. what could this be? it is dull aching.

I had apendacitis when I was in 4 grade you might b constipated it can go to your side instead of your stomach sometimes and doters can take it out rite away or you can take pills 4 it

Cramps A Pulled Muscle Ligament Pain Irrital Bowel Syndrome Gas

It could be anything, try taking a pain reliever and use a heating pad and if that does not help, call a doctor.

Well It can be cramps. Even if you r not on they come and go. Or maybe you have been walking or runn ing to much that happens to me all the time. lol

I know its not cramps or appendicits because I know what cramps feel like and appendix is on your right side.
