What should I do if I'm a cutter and suicidal?
ok, im a cutter and im suicidal. my sis found out that i was a cutter and she made me promise not to do it again, or else she wouldn’t let me live wid her anymore and i sont got anywhere else to fo. cytting is theonly way that i know how to deal wid my feelings. i still cut and ive tried everything to stop but i havent and my family thinks i have and they are so proud of me and crap and i dont want to dissapoint them by telling them that i havent stopped what should i do? HELP!!!
so some exercise MAKES U FEEL BETTER! I was sooo miserable yesterday but a run made me feel strangely… HAPPY AND BEAUTIFUL! sounds random, its a way better solution and you’ll be left with a hot body lol

I’ve been suicidal, even hospitalized because of it. The biggest part of recovery is SUPPORT! It is very hard for a person to get help when in they have no support. How old are you? If you are in school, confide in a teacher or a counselor. Find a friend to talk to. You are loved, if by nobody else, then by God. Jesus says he has every hair on your head numbered. That, my dear, is how much he cares about you!!!
ok here are some tips on how to stop cutting. i’ve helped many cutters/suicidal people in the past and my advice is send to work so here you go -
*instead of going for a sharp object that can hurt you… try using a red pen or marker to make fake cuts on the areas you feel like cutting(i say use red so it looks more like blood… if you really want to go out… buy some fake blood and put it on the area too).
*have a trusting person you can talk to when you need to(like a good trust worthy friend or trusted adult)
*get a notebook(size doesn’t matter) to write down how you feel. anytime you think you wanna cut… grab a pen, get your notebook and write down exactly how you feel, why you want to cut/what happened to make you feel suicidal. if you don’t want anyone else to read the notebook(most people do want to keep those things private) keep it in a safe place where only you know where it is(like in your room).
*get a hobby. doing things you like can help take your mind off things. and if you’re busy doing something you like(painting, drawing, reading, hanging out with friends, listening to music, or whatever else it may be) you’ll be too busy to think about hurting yourself
