How do I become anorexic?

im 14 and 143 pds and i want to be anorexic how can i do it i need some advice on how to become anorexic

You can’t become anorexic. Anorexia is a disease of the mind. But really I don’t understand why you would want to be anorexic at all. Not only will you DIE, but if you look closely at rockstar wifes and girlfriends, it is women with full figures that most of the guys are going for. Just because it is stick thin ladies that are walking the red carpet, that does not mean that they are actually considered attractive. And, you are only 14, your body hasn’t fully matured yet. At 14 I had a lot of insecurities also, and since then my body has matured so much and I have a lot more self confidence. Trust me on this one, if you are only 143 lbs. then you are probably beatiful as you are, it’s just hard to see it right now yourself.

You don’t. read on.

The first thing your body does when it’s short on calories( aka BEING STARVED TO DEATH) is to dump the body tissue that takes the most calories to maintain.

That’s muscle. So on a low calorie diet, your body burns away muscle and tries to store fat, Sure, you’ll lose weight, and you’ll eventually start losing fat as well. But when you go off your diet, you’ll start to put weight back on. And guess what kind of weight you’ll gain? PURE FAT.

Because you’ve taught your body a harsh lesson: It has to be on the lookout for potential low-calorie periods in the future, so it had better store the fat just in case.You’ve also used up valuable calorie burning muscle (you burn 50 calories just to maintain each 1 pound of muscle!), so you’re likely to end up fatter than you were before.

You should go for a more responsible and healthier way to approach losing weight.

I suggest the Abs Diet for Women and the Women’s Health Magazine. They are both great tools to help you get fit, stay fit and eat healthy. You can find both at Wal-Mart.

Give yourself a real weight loss goal and a real weight loss program.

dont if u become an aneraxic u well die anerexia is not eating and u need to EAT dont become an anerexic u are fine in the weght catoagorie workotut eat healthy and u well lse weight in a healthy way

count your calories all doay for a normal day. then eat only half of those calories for a 2weeks. then eat half that for 3 weeks.

hunny.. you arnt that fat.. ok? anorexic isnt the way to turn. if you feel the need.. try doing diets.. google it and find the right diet for you. i promise it will help you in the long run!! i promise :-)

ARE YOU KIDDING? ASK YOUR PARENTS TO BRING YOU TO A NUTRITIONIST (TO LEARN HOW TO EAT PROPERLY), EXERCISE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN (JOIN A GYM IF YOU CAN)AND GET SOME COUNSELING. ANYONE WHO THINKS ANOREXIA IS THE ANSWER NEEDS PROFESSIONAL HELP. GOOD LUCK

You’re not fat.

Anorexia is not something physically and mentally healthy people become. Many people do not realize that anorexia is actually a life threatening disease.

People with eating disorders have many health problems. Their metabolism slows down. Their body burns calories slower in an effort to conserve and stay alive. Their hair and teeth may fall out. They may die or end up with permanent organ damage.

If you suspect you have an eating disorder, talk to someone immediately.

If you did not know that anorexia is a disease and just meant that you want to lose weight you should: -Drink lots of water -Walk -Eat around 1700 calories a day (more or less depending on your size) -Eat about six small meals a day to keep your metabolism going fast throughout the day so you can burn calories -Avoid things high in saturated fat
