I am guessing that your question is when can you start to be an anerexic. It starts in the mind. your mind is very controlling if you look in the mirror and you think or say you are fat. then it is already there.
Anorexia is a disease, and can lead to serious health problems. Better to stick to a sane diet, and exercise, than to try to instill a mental illness in yourself.
mmm, I’m also having a problem losing weight. For me, the risks outweigh the benefits and I decided not to become bulimic or anorexic and do things the old fashion way. Exercise.
Alright Love. Here’s the thing. To become anorexic is to tell yourself, “Alright, this is it, I want to have a mental illness and never feel secure in myself again, and kill myself slowly more each day.” That’s not the way to attack a weight loss problem. Go at it from a different angle my dear. A different perspective. Instead of telling yourself you are fat, tell yourself there is none other like me. There is nobody in this world like you, and why would you want to change the way God made you? If you want to lose weight, there are PLENTY and more than enough solutions to lose weight, love. First, you need to look in the mirror and tell yourself, “I am beautiful. No matter what.”, instead of looking in the mirror and telling yourself, “I am fat. Not beautiful.”, is a way to truly NEVER believe in yourself. Try to eat healthier, and eat less. Instead of going for seconds on dessert or something, don’t. Walk, get more exercise, and get more active. Just don’t for weight loss as a way of slowly hurting your body. That’s not what you want. Hope I was some help. -Rebekah
