How to lose weight when I can't stop eating?

ok im like really over weight and I need some tips on how to loose weight because I cant stop eating! and everyone else in my familys skinny. HELP

Try eating a bit healthier, and everyone has at least one excercise they can enjoy doing, sometimes you have to try different things. Also, its best to start out slow and progress through time, instead of doing everything at once. For instance, you don’t have to eat less at first, just whenever you have a craving, say for something sweet, try some type of fruit instead of candy…

well I used to be a little overwieght but im not anymore what I did was I started drinking water and milk and no other drinks and I cut down off the eating then I would go jogging 3 times a week in the morning around 6 it worked for me it should work for you =] ohh yeahh thxx for answering my other question do you really think that I should go for joe???

If you want to lose some serious weight my advice would be to go to a nutritionists. They will help you. Or join a sport like something you enjoy. Good luck!~!~!

hey I have the same problum I was 240 when I was 13 and in about a month and a half I lost 80 pounds and it really wasnt to bad for me once a day I would drink just one cup of whole milk and now eat or drink any thing else all day except water for about 7days at a time I would lose 20 pounds and when I exercised to I would lose 30 to 35 pounds in only 7 days but for motivation for me I wanted a guy really bad and thats what helped me but just think of somthing you want or just do it couse you will be so happy when your done I mean I have more to lose still but trust me when you have to go to the store to buy smaller pants its all worth it

Eat healthy. Stop eating junk food. Obviously.

When you eat a healthy meal your insides feel nourished. When you eat fats and sugars you feel sluggish after. Just slowly slowly cut out junk food until its completely out of your system. Im not talking in a day, just over a month or two cut down on it more and more until your eating only healthy foods. It will work. I promise, just stick to it.

Make sure you get at leasr 30 mins of exercise a day, and instead of coke drink water. Remember it is okay to eat junk food every once and a while =) Just not every day.

If youre up for trying diet pills try something with hoodia. It makes you not hungary. YOu can find them at places like WalMArt
