Chocholate cravings make them stop !!

Im a total chocaholic and I always ate it every single day! I havent eaten it for 2 weeks now and im really badly craving it can I have some encouragement to help me keep this up I don’t whant to give in now !!

Don’t deprive yourself, especially if your craving it. Cravings can actually be the body’s way of letting you know it wants a certain nutrient in the chocolate. Anyway, in the end it’ll only make you want it more and more. Eat it in moderation. That way you’ll also avoid any sudden chocolate binges. :)

Thats what I was going to say and ask. I eat chocolate almost every day. It is good for you in moderate amounts. I like the Nestles Crunch bars. I eat one or two while playing golf for a good energy boost…I think I will have one now. remember every thing in moderation and you cant go wrong.

How much chocolate do you eat? After reading of the potential health benefits of chocolate I’ve been trying to eat more of it. Currently I eat on bar of dark chocolate every day. As long as you aren’t going overboard I say keep enjoying your chocolate.

You can do it! Imagine how great it will be when you break your addiction! You don’t need chocolate! Chew some gum to get your taste buds off it.
